The REPORTS screen allows you to download CSV reports detailing patron usage and session details for your virtual events. The reports may provide the details you are looking for as is, or you can take the data into a spreadsheet application to further refine the reports with sorting and calculations. Additionally, excel pivot tables are often a handy way to extract specific data from large data sets. A tutorial for using pivot tables can be found here: Pivot Tables Tutorial
All Videos Report: A list of all videos including opened count (the play button was activated), watched count (at least 70% of the video was watched), and custom data fields. The custom data fields are located on the Details sub-menus for both Videos and Playlists. They offer a method to track groupings of content for any number of purposes.
Video Sessions Report: A list of all sessions for a specific video including percentage watched, location and browser details.
Subscribers Report: All subscribers and viewing stats. This may take some time and will be sent to your email once complete. The "Types" column refers to Subscription Types.
Vouchers Report: Viewing statistic for all vouchers redeemed. The "Created At" column represents when the voucher was issued. The "Expires At" column represents when the voucher will expire, and will be blank until the voucher is initially redeemed in order to set the expiration date.
Sessions Report: Viewing statistics by date range for each time an asset has been viewed. Due to the size of this report, you will be sent an email when the report is ready for download. If you are only looking for one day's activity, set your date range to be the date you'd like to the following day. That will give you one day's activity.
Utilization Report: Account utilization including minutes streamed, play count, and ingested assets, by date range. This may take some time and will be sent to your email once complete. This report can be used to cross-reference invoices from CineSend.
Custom Data Utilization Report: Utilization (play count, minutes streamed, and ingested assets) by date range, grouped by a custom data field. The custom data fields are located on the Details sub-menus for both Videos and Playlists. They offer a method to track groupings of content for any number of purposes.
Asset Rating Report: a list of all assets (videos, playlists, tv series) and their overall ratings by patrons.
