  5. Tracking Your Campaign

1. Create a New Campaign

When you first open CineSend Bookings, you will be brought to the main Bookings page with a list of previously created Campaigns below. Create a new campaign by clicking the red "Create Campaign" button on the main page.

Give your campaign a name that will make it easy to identify and to search for. Pick a booking date range to pre-fill when you add cinemas. You can override booking windows for specific cinemas as you add them. The Name, Start Date and End Date are all required fields. Click the red “Next” button when you’re done.

2. Selecting Content

Here you select the DCPs (Digital Cinema Packages) from your CineSend Files account that will be delivered to each cinema in this campaign. Start by clicking the the red “Add Content” button.

You can search for a specific project or select from a list of projects listed below. Projects that contain DCPs will be identified with the number available below the title.

Select your DCP and click the red “Add Selected Content” button below.

Multiple DCPs can be added to a single campaign.

When you are done adding content to your campaign, click the red “Next” button at the bottom of the page.

3. Selecting Cinemas

Here you choose the Cinemas you wish to send your DCP content to. Individual cinema screens can also be managed here. Start by clicking the red “Add Cinemas” button.

Search for the cinemas you wish to add to your campaign by using a keyword, for example; "Toronto". You can click to add as many cinemas as you like. When you’ve added cinemas, click the red “Add Cinemas” button below.

The cinemas will be added to the Selected Cinemas window in your campaign. If you like, you can save this list of cinemas as a template to be used for future campaigns. Click the Save as New Template button on the top to do this. The next time you create a new campaign, click the Load Template button to load that template.

If the cinema is equipped with an electronic digital cinema receiver, the delivery method will be listed as 'Electronic'; otherwise, it will be listed as 'Hard Drive'.

Clicking the 'v' button for that cinema will open a sub-window where you can specify the screen and override the start and end date you set at the start.

Click the 'Remove' button if you wish to remove that cinema from your Campaign.

Click the red “Next” button once you complete this step.

4. Review and Launch

After selecting your desired content and cinemas for your campaign, you can review your selections and the cost before launching it. You will also be giving a total amount due for your order, and a list of payment options, which you can add by clicking the Add Payment Method button below.

If you need to make any changes, click the “Back” button at the bottom left of the screen to bring you back to the previous screen. Otherwise, if you are satisfied with the campaign, click the red “Order Campaign” button to launch the campaign.

5. Tracking Your Campaign

The campaign you created can now be found on the main Bookings page along with the other previously created campaigns. You can view the details of the campaign by clicking the “View Details” button. With this, you can view the status of all your theatrical deliveries all in one place.

The system syncs with last-mile vendors in real time to provide you with the most up-to-date tracking information. CineSend monitors deliveries and remediates if a vendor is likely to miss a delivery.

Use the consolidated tracking option to search all deliveries by cinema and campaign name.
